Convert K2FC to auto advance for racing

Forums

My 650 SS PR would have had an auto advance mag or a fixed advance . I have both types of mags , but would prefer the K2FC as it would appear to be in far better condition .Is it a straightforward parts swap ?

Light switch

Forums

Afternoon

There is no retaining clip on my light switch it looks like it has been stuck in with mastic.

To get the light switch out I take it the switch breaks apart either side of the headlamp shell?

Master switch wiring loom location

Forums

Hi. I am putting my 73 750 back together but cannot remember the routing of the wiring to the ignition switch. The photo shows what I have done but it doesn't look right. There was a small K&N aircleaner before which would have been easier.

Tail light 1957 Dommie 99

Forums

I'm a newbie to the Norton Family, have recently bought a 1957 Dominator 99.  I love the bike, but have noticed the rear light isn't working.  I've dismantled the unit and the wires at the base of the bulb holder aren't connected to anything.

Blowing fuse

Forums

So there we were about to join the A66 at Barnard Castle on the Commando and everything went out without any warning. Blown main fuse. Replaced it and rode home 60 miles no problem. Must have been age and vibration, I thought.
