Sprint seem to know about…
Sprint seem to know about old fairings. Worth asking them even though they might not be able supply anything you're looking for:

Interpol Fairings
Doesn't directly address your query, but there is a very original example of a Mk3 Interpol at the West Mids Police Museum, Steel House Lane, B'ham

Hi James,
Whilst knowing nothing about the interplods, I'm pretty sure that the fairings are/were the work of Mitchenall Bros, the makers of Avon fairings. The more rounded ones that you show are very similar 'Avonaire' touring fairing of the mid 1960's- late 1970's.
Happy to be shot down if this is wrong though.
Regards
George
