I have a 1950 Big 4 with no spark. I have checked the usual. plug, cap, lead and have got to the pickup on the Mag. I am trying to remove it but its more than fiddly. Very difficult to get at the 2 screws holding it on.
Is there an oil seal on the drive side main bearing, 1959 ES2.?
Is it available?

Going to adjust rear chain on my plunger es2.
Having fitted a rev counter drive to my 1955 inter, I find that the gear lever fouls the rev counter gear box and prevents me from changing gear.
Not looked at these before , so a few questions , is the 7/8 center handlebar lever of benefit ?.does it use different clutch springs to a later amc clutch ?
