Navigator Gearbox Leak.
Hi. I recently purchased a Navigator and on inspection I've found a few oil leaks (what's the problem, that's normal I hear you say).
A technical forum for Jubilee, Navigator and Electra

Hi. I recently purchased a Navigator and on inspection discovered it was leaking oil badly from the oil return pipe.
Hi everyone . I've just purchased a jubilee with the intentions to restore it over the winter months . I have no documentation but I do have the number plate which is 824 TTF .
I've done about 800 miles on my Navigator, runs well enough except for one thing, tick over speed is too high.
It ticks over at around 1800 rpm, far to high.
So, I have got the bike ticking over (it last ran in 1972, so great to have her back). When I de-clutch, the engine dies, so the bike doesn't move. Would this be a timing problem or carb? I am running a Boyer electronic ignition (including coil).
Continuing to put the miles on my rebuilt Navigator engine, 650+ now. Thought I would check the accuracy of the speedo against my cycling GPS device.
I taped the devise on to the rev-counter and went for a ride.
Mornin' All,
Hi all.
Is this a thing with lightweights?
I can hear the primary chain "walking" around the sprockets. Most noticeable at 30 - 35 mph in top gear.
Dear all,
