I discovered this in my old Norton instruction book. It may be of interest to some members. It just shows what an excellent level of service Norton (then in Plumstead Road)provided to owners back in 1964.
Does anyone know what the code or ref for the green paint on 1959 models is??
I had Dunstall exhausts fitted to the 650SS Norton
The Right hand side down exhaust pipe is now missing, the exhaust from the cylinder head is the part I need

Anyone permanently capped the oiler on a Commando Mk2a ? Recently bought a mint Mk2a with a poorly plugged oiler which left the battery area etc coated in oily mist.

I am in the middle of building my 1957 norton up I have put 5 inch raised handle bars on and I can't seem to get a speedo cable to fit can anyone advise me or is it best to put striat bars back on ki d regards Steve hampson
