I'm working on the oil tank cap for the early 1950's bikes (ES2 / Model 7) and have found that the brass "nut" that the butterfly bolt screws into is cracked.  I've just tried adding a photo but a warning message has just come up?

Hi there, having finished the rebuild of my 57 International I find I have a mystery nut and bolt left over.

So, here's an interesting one. It is probably my insecurity, fed by inexperience, but 'when in doubt, don't cross the road' as we say here in the Netherlands. We'll not like that, we do it in Dutch: 'Bij twijfel niet oversteken.'

I have 1957 wideline  International, the riveted sliding metal disc that supposedly seals the gearbox shaft is very loose. In fact I can spin it. Is this correct, should it be close fit or should there be a felt washer? Thanks guys

A simple question - what is the best way to attach the rubber/viton (?) knee pads to the chrome panels on the Dominator tank?
I expected the new ones I bought would have a sticky inside surface, but they don't.

Hello, have a 1967 P11 frame that has had a dodgy repair that has pushed some frame lugs out of alignment. 

Looking for recommendation of a UK (ideally in the Midlands) frame repaired who can make good the repair and re-align the frame

I'm starting out on a rebuild that will require a repaint. It's a 1955 featherbead inter.
It hasn't a great deal of mile on it but it is cosmetically decrepit.

I recently bought a set of clutch rubbers for my Dominator.
