Hi, quick question,  what is the best way to remove an errant bullet (separated  from its cable) from a double connector -  it's not the end of the world I can always replace the connector, just intrigued!

Question prompted after pushing my Mk III for 3 miles last Wednesday night after the Notts. branch meeting (cause: dead battery.arising from a broken alternator wire)

Can you not remove the bullet from the other end and push it out with a small pin punch?

You can use a small screwdriver,  but be careful not to stab yourself as the bullet gives way.

Yes a small terminal screwdriver can be used-but you will most likely find that the SNAP CONNECTOR that the bullet is stuck inside is badly corroded as well. Replace the Snap Connector as well-do yourself a favour.
