I have what I gather is an Italian made frame that doesn't have a VIN number to date it. But the number stamped on the front L/H tank bracket is stamped 064140 so from what I've read it's an 850 from 1974. Stamped at the bottom of the stearing head tube on the L/H side is '28' - what does this number denote?
