Editor's excursion - Yorkshire Branch ride out - 5th June

On Sunday 5th June the Yorkshire branch will be having a rideout and meeting up with the Roadholder editor (Ian Wooley). There are 2 opportunities to join the ride. Firstly the Yorkshire branch members will meet at the Little Chef cafe on the A64 by Tadcaster at 09.30am, the group will set off at 10.00am promptly and travel to the Seaways cafe at Fridaythorpe (on the A166 between York and Bridlington) where we will link up with the Ian. The plan is then to set off from Fridaythorpe at 11.00am and have Ian take us on a tour on the lovely roads close to the east coast of Yorkshire. We will be having stops for lunch and refreshments along the way.

Please get your Norton out and join us if possible, alternatively join us on any other make of bike and enjoy the day along with the rest of us.

Should the weather be very bad on the day the ride will not go ahead, if you want to check to save a wasted trip ring me after 07.30am on Sunday 5th June (Andy on 07810 658994) and I'll confirm the ride status and will have been on the internet to check the weather forecast. We are OK with light rain but heavy downpours we try to avoid!Ride Safe

Andy
