961 Cafe racer bar conversion
I bought a brand new 961 Cafe Racer in 2017 and in 2019 realised my back wasn`t what it used to be and couldn't ride the bike without pain, so I paid the factory to do a straight bar (sports) conversion.
The conversion needed a new top yoke, bars and new brake lines and I was more than happy with the new setup. I now have a Cafe Racer/Sports hybrid !
Hope this helps, I may even have the part numbers on the invoice if this helps.
Kind regards, Ian

Hi Peter,
Also forgot new throttle cables were needed, i have attached a list of the parts fitted by Norton when they were at Donington Hall. It cost the best part of £1400 for the conversion.
As far as i remember there were no other changes.
Kind regards,
Ian
