Swedish customs, in Swedish Tullverket has a website where you can change language to English. You'll find that collectible vehicles gets custom duty relief.
More information about  moving to Sweden from a country outside of the EU.
About how to register an imported vehicle, see Transportstyrelsen subsection Road. Also available in English.
Though  being quite used to Swedish red tape, your question seems difficult to answer.
Probably it can be possible to get your bikes registered in Sweden if all forms are correct filled in.
You'll have to make a registreringsbesiktning (similar to MOT). For bikes older than 40 years one kontrollbesiktning will be enough for ever. Might be some differences to MOT requirements.
Bought one of my BSA B44 Victor Specials from a man who had moved here from the UK.
He probably didn't pay much to get it legal here, as it was quite cheap.
Suggest you should mail to Tullverket and Transportstyrelsen and ask them. Maybe the can give correct answers.
