I bought a Jubilee a few years ago, with out looking at the numbers. ( OK Foolishly ) Any way I can not find the frame number, I believe It should on the head stock behind that plate. I can't see it maybe because it has been re-enamelled? Am I right to think that is where it should be? Tim.
Unless it is a deluxe model
Deluxe lightweight frame has a bolted on straight support, unlike the welded on straight support as in Michael's photo above. On deluxe models the frame number is on the RH frame member. On the lower gusset mount for the bolted-on frame brace. Sort of near the hole you can see in Michael's photo.

The L/W frame number is on the gusset that the pillion footrest mounts, on the R/H frame assembly.
