Can anyone reccomend a C. Stand for a 1956 Dommie it is nearly impossible to pull the bike onto the one currently fitted I seem to remember reading about a 'roll on type'. I have a 1971 Commando and the stand is easy to use but I am assuming that the commando style would not fit a Dommie, many thanks for any replies, Campbell

Maybe 18" tyres at the rear? With short set shock absorbers that would set it further over centre.

For some reason our Atlas has 19" wheels . I don't think the 18" rear was universal.

Do you have your rear shock absorbers on their lowest setting? And do you need them to be? I just lifted mine onto the middle position and it's a lot easier to put it on the stand.
