Hi Skip,
Is your Jubilee a De Luxe ? The Standard Jubilee uses a rubber strap which you can make in minutes from an old inner tube. I can probably get you a picture tomorrow of the De Luxe one but it is a simple metal strap which is bolted on - it only has to keep the battery from falling out.
It's frosty and cold here and I'm too comfortable here by the fire to go out to the garage.
