Just thought I would put a photo on of my 1960 jubilee . Not far away from the finish line now . Wiring loom to fit , electronic ignition and the outer gear ratchet and pawl to sort out . Thanks to everyone in the club for all your advice and help . It's my first British bike restoration and I've enjoyed every minute. Cheers Graham

Yes but
Black wheels-a personal choice. But what wires that are in sight look questionable. A GRN or BLU under the seat with a RED in the area of the oil tank, then the horn wires should drop down from under the tank. Wires need to do there job but out of site, like little children. Behave and be out of site.

Yeah it's not wired up yet …
Yeah it's not wired up yet . The wires you see are just the loose horn wires , dip switch etc front and rear brake lights .main loom not in yet . It will be tidy I promise

That's one....
.....posh garage you've got there Graham! But at least the bike's not on that carpet- be a shame to have oil drip on it!
But seriously, a very fine looking machine. Well done.

All done in my house Michael…
All done in my house Michael . Started in loft and moved down gradually . I've got a lock up but there's no lighting and it's cold . I live on my own so no one nagging at me .

Great effort
Well done, love the stylish, slightly alternate retro look and vibe. Would make a cool wall photo once it's finished. Have you done other restos?
Enjoy just gazing at it with numerous teas, coffees or beers, a bike builders biggest pleasure next to riding your creation along a beautiful country road on a sunny day...

Great progress - question
Hi Graham,
Like the restoration and also the black wheels. What did you use to get the wheels black? Paint or Powder coat?
Regards Glenn
