I have just bought 4 replacement valve guides for my navi, however they do not have the knife edges I read about in some of the manuals, rather they have more of a well to collect oil. Should I modify them to put the knife edge on them (to help redirect oil away). Also is there any merit in fitting oil seals to the guides, not sure if there is space for them with the double spring rig, but interested if anyone has done this.
