Perhaps driven by the recent survey to our members, but our Spares Officer has received many emails on how to order spares from the NOC shop. So if you want to save some money when you need spares for your bike, follow this simple guide to keep your bike running:
- Firstly ensure you logon via the home page using your membership details (if you have forgotten these send an email to Paul using the NOC Website Contact email address webmaster@nortonownersclub.org)
- From the top blue ribbon menu, select the NOC Shop
- Then select the right hand red box - Online Catalogue - Shop for parts
- Then select the model of your bike
- In the left hand panel you will see the various areas of the bike to pick parts from - make your selection
- Then scroll down and or move forward to the part you need and click on the photo
- Tip - you can also use the search box in the top right - example: clutch plates (but it will show all model clutch plates)
- Once the part is selected, check the quantity you need and hit add to cart
- You will now see your basket, you can either continue shopping or complete order
- If you continue shopping, you continue until all the parts are ordered, then complete the order from the basket view
- Now pick your region - this will enable the shipping cost to be calculated and if in the UK add the VAT ;-(
- The next screen you will see the total cost of your parts, shipping and any VAT, then grand total
- This screen also gives the payment options - either PayPal or a credit / debit card
- Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated email with your order confirmation
- Sit back and wait for your parts to arrive in the knowledge that you have supported the NOC and saved money
