Is this a thing with lightweights?
I can hear the primary chain "walking" around the sprockets.   Most noticeable at 30 - 35 mph in top gear.

New to NOC, New to Norton. New to Electra. I am fast discovering that there don't seem to be great sources for Electra parts other than tune-up parts and a few other bits.  This is compounded doubly in USA.

I've just acquired a recently resprayed lightweight tank for my Navigator and can see that the internal threads in the boss for the petcock are covered in clear lacquer.

Bearing in mind the situation with Wipac rotors on the lightweights ie 1" crank. A O services is doing a special offer to get some/any rotors re-magnetised. This can include the Lucas item but bear in mind these are available new.

I have a weep of oil from the gearchange spindle - I understand that the NOC quad seal is effective here. I have to drain the 'box - can someone confirm that the arrowed item in the attached is the drain plug?

I'm on the hunt for a clutch part for my Navigator and I wonder if any of you can help, as it's not listed in the NOCShop.  It's Part No. 23610 "Clutch s/a centre", shown as Item 19 on Illustration Plate C of the Spares List.  

Both my parts list and the NOC shop show a semicircular tank rubber part number 16237. My bike doesn't seem to have any of these - the parts list says there should be 2. Any idea where they go?

Following on from my prop stand question, I've removed the tank to see what I have. Each side of the headstock / reinforcing plate, inside the forward flattened sections of the top frame loop, are two spacers.

I've ordered a prop stand, stud 22610 and centre stand from the Club shop. Does anyone have a photo of how the prop stand is fitted? Is the stud the lower or upper one at the lower end of the downtube?
