Just kicked my 850 Mk3 into life after a 100% rebuild. And there's nothing like it is there? Three kicks and it's like being in the cockpit of a Spitfire, oron the footplateof the Flying Scotsman, or the engine room of the Great Eastern. British engineering, basic, brawny, noisy, oily and absolutely magnificent. The japs may lead the market now but, as someone once said, it's because they stood on the shoulders of giants.
And my giant is brilliant.... that is - OUR giants are brilliant.
