750 Commando smokes on right hand pot on start up then clears, it’s not down to wet sumping and can’t be rings due to it clearing after a short while .....any ideas please?

Years ago I had an Escort that announced it needed new stem seals by blue smoke on start up, but at no other time. Had to change them about once a year!
