Hi Kay, As Dan says are yo…
Hi Kay,
As Dan says are you sure your Jubilee has Roadholder forks? You mentioned earlier that your partner had a 650SS - now that has Roadholder forks. So has your Jubilee got similar forks as the650SS?. If it has then you need the 19" front wheel complete with brake plate and spindle from a Dominator or a Navigator/Electra. I am fairly sure that the correct mudguard to fit this is the Dominator/Navigator one (not AMC) but the correct headlight is 6.5" Wipac unit which is smaller than the Dominator Lucas item.
The Jubilee has Francis Barnett style forks and there are at least three different versions, depending on year, and there are two different sizes of headlight - early ones had a 6" Wipac headlight and later ones had the 6.5" Wipac light, same as the Navigator. The wheel is 18" - all years -a bit similar to the Francis Barnett wheel but with a bigger (6") brake. There are different spindles to match each of the different varieties of FB forks. The AMC mudguard fits these FB forks.
So you need to establish exactly what forks etc you already have otherwise you will have a lot of mismatched parts.

Hi there, have you looked in the shop, a lot of what you want is available, if someone hasn't said it before are you sure it's a jubilee if it has road holders, they came with the navigator. Easy to check the engine and frame numbers. You can fit road holders to a jubilee but you'll need the right cups and cones etc, all available from the shop, and a steering stop. Not sure if that is available, but I might have a spare. The offset for the jubilee forks and road holders is different which affects the trail, it is said that there is a difference between the jubilee and navigator frame down members, but I,m fitting road holders to my jubilee with a navigator frame down member and I haven't found any obvious difference, but it's too cold to do any accurate measuring!
I picked up a front wheel hub and brake plate, which needs a bit of work, for £25 on eBay, I think the same wheel was fitted to the dommie etc so can be a bit pricey,
keep us posted lightweights don't get enough of a mention!
ps there's a wheel and brake plate in the heavyweight section which should fit?
