 according to the seller bike was imported from INDIA (!!) in parts some 30 years ago and he never found the time to put it together. But it comes with the styling panels!

The translation:

Motorcycle in parts. Norton Jubilee 350ccm 2 cylinder built in 1961. 
Original paint. With original vehicle registration document from India.
Payment and collection only at the seller in 21039 Boernsen (near Hamburg) by appointment.
I bought this motorcycle about 30 years ago in India and rode it there. 
When I returned to Germany, the motorcycle had to be shipped to Germany in individual parts due to Indian regulations. I never got around to getting it back together. 
Therefore only suitable for hobbyists.
The parts can be viewed in advance - please make an appointment. 
Documentation for this motorcycle is included.
I have many more photos - but I can only add 12. 
If you are interested, certain parts can be photographed.
