I am currently addressing a few problems with my Dommie, one being a twisted wideline petrol tank. I am interested to know if anyone has any experience of purchasing a tank from the Indian suppliers currently advertising on Ebay and consequently whether any recommendation or otherwise can be offered in respect of any of these sites.
I note that there had been some satisfied purchasers of these tanks in a 2011 post on this forum but the link does not work now so I have no details of that supplier who may also no longer be in business.
Any help, guidance on this or where a tank may be sourced will be welcome.

I was one of those who "Got Lucky". The tank I purchased was of excellent quality, and was "Fit and forget" My tank was supplied by Royal Enfield King, who, unfortunately, are no longer trading under that name. However the manager, Arpit Gupta, can probably still be contacted via the Royal Enfield Facebook page. You should find my original comments, if you search these pages.

As I recall this has been the subject of several previous postings and the consensus was that they are of generally poor quality and do not fit correctly. Do a site search.
