I have noticed an electric start Model 50 on the Car and Classic website.
I imagine this is a one off, but has anyone any information on this bike?
it would be interesting to know a few more details.

The modification looks very neat from the outside. I note the Alton alternator but cannot determine which starter motor has been used and the internal mechanism for the system to work - almost certainly the usual sprag-clutch? It's fortunate that there is plenty of room in front of the Model 50 engine for such a fitment.
