Photo shows four cam followers.
I notice a chamfer down the length of the followers. Only one chamfer per follower.
Do these come handed?
Should these be fitted chamfer to chamfer?
Could I use the pair on the right?
If the chamfers have to be together, chamfer to front or rear?
Thank you in advance.

The pair on the right of…
The pair on the right of your picture are not a "pair" as one chamfer is to the front, and the other to the rear

The Chamfers go to the front-to allow the oil to run back down, they are fitted and remain in pairs in their respective bores. This saves un-necessary scoring on both parts. DSN Pg23.
Further anecdote-the flat followers gave a slight power boost, but I was guilty of helping fit radiused followers to an Atlas way back. As the flat Atlas ones spat a foot off and cash was very tight. It worked, it ran, but with all that torque we didn't notice any power loss.
