Anyone know how many teeth on a standard Dolls Head gearbox sprocket on a 1938 Model 18 Norton
Also where can I get a sprocket with more teeth so that I can make the gearing a bit taller ?
It's more usual to change…

It's more usual to change the engine sprocket. Less work (if you can get it off).
Gearbox on singles is standard at 19 teeth.
Bacon says engine normally 20 in 1938, from 21 previously. But there are three offsets available. RGM list them (inner, middle, outer). Someone will know which is which. They list them all the way up to 23.
