Does anyone know the actuall lengths of all the spokes inner and outer L/H and R/H for both front and rear wheels? Seems like it should be simple but I am getting sort of spoke dislexic (probably spelt that wrong)

Hi Skip,

Disc front on right side and drum rear.

The rear hub has been skimmed around the outside of the centre circumference (so all the, I guess cooling ridges have been taken off) Why I do not know. What this means is there are no countersunk holes in the hub for any of the -outside- spokes. I would assume if Norton put them there in the first place, I need to get this sorted.

The bike was an Interpol originally, which was then put into JPR trim. I am putting her back to standard roadster spec, so If any body is interested in the JPR bits....

Hi Gary, were is a good link to Buchanan's for lots of good info: http://www.buchananspokes.net/products/spoke_kits_norton.asp

I found this info on access norton forum:

Rims must be drilled to aim spokes correctly for the type of hub, drum or disc brake, front or rear. Front disc hub rim uses 4 different spoke lengths. Rear drum just two different lengths. Front disc rim has a definite disc side to its spoke drilling and should be labeled inside for this, or can take all winter to assemble to find out for sure.
