Best aftermarket petrol tank for Roadster?

I'm also looking for a replacement tank for a Fastback, I'm looking for a good copy with the right shape, alloy tanks are expensive, various painted tanks from Indian based eBay vendors, advice as to quality and shape would be helpful. Tank will be painted.Charles

A few months ago I purchased an unpainted steel Roadster tank for my 1971 Commando through ebay from partsparadise 51 in India at a cost of £ 125 + £ 50 PP. The tank is perfect and has been sprayed and is in use.

I added this information to the Commando message board in a post dated Feb 12 2013.

I have just checked heir shop on ebay and they have couple in stock.
