Hallo, I am Rik Maertens from Belgium. I am currently on holiday in Cornwall. I would like to know If anybody knows
"rov404y" who sells Spares on ebay. I have already send massages but we can't exchange phone Numbers or address because eBay doesn't allow that. Is anybody able to give me his phonenumber.

I think if you actually buy something from him through eBay you will then be able to exchange contact details.
Otherwise get him to send you a photograph via eBay messages of one of his parts as a way of getting extra information about the item. Included in the photograph can be writen on a piece of paper or something ( in the background ) his telephone number.
I dare say there are other workarounds.
edit : you can of course cancel the sale once you have the contact details
