Is it possible to swap out the cigar silencer exhaust system on a 1969 Commando Fastback with the peashooter system?

I did exactly that on my ‘69…
I did exactly that on my ‘69 Fastback back in the day - first fitted Dunstall “decibel” silencers in place of the the original cigar type , making a bit of a bodge-up mounting on the original brackets , then fitted peashooters using correct brackets that were easy to source back then. You’ll probably need to hunt around a bit for the correct peashooter brackets these days.

The bracketry is available from the usual suppliers, stainless as well!

You will need the pipes and brackets to suit as well.
