Hello all,
Has anyone found online, or perhaps have, a rider's (owner's) manual for an Electra? I have a '65 that I'm getting back into running condition and would like to have a manual for it as well. I've ordered the shop/parts manual. Thanks in advance!

Try the Natinal Motorcycle Museum.
They have all the BMS phocopied stuff. A quick look turns this up:https://www.nationalmotorcyclemuseum.co.uk/product/norton-1960-to-1968-workshop-manual-jubilee-navigator-electra-88-99-650ss-750-atlas-750-g15s-peel1663/

Manual for Electra
I've got the publication P100 mentioned by Anthony. It's also in the BMS codes as Zenta /464 as Ian has found. Very useful and aimed at Electra. All you need but original A5 book is about 100 pages. BMS copy is 50 pages of A4. So sorry, I won't copy it.

The Electra manual incorporates the parts book under the then publication P100. There is also the Norton twins workshop manual which has all the Dominator twins as well as all the lightweight twins. This may be being reproduced, as there is a stall at auto-jumbles that has so many of these out of date publications. I saw such a stall at the Stafford show last year. You can put a wanted advert in to see if some has one for sale
