Can anyone please tell me where the WArning Light Assimulator mounting spring attaches to the coil assembly on the early 850 Commando? Does it go behind one of the coil mounting clamp bolts? Sorry for the noddy question.

On my 1972 750, it hangs in a spring clip between the coils? Doesn't matter much which bolt you use so long that it has room and airflow?
