Hi all

I'm no expert but feel this hub should not be so banged up. I'm thinking of replacing it.

Do I have to get these inner brass looking washers off or remove the rear nuts on the rear of the bonded backplate? The nuts look like they were intended never to move.

.. pretty well shot. It'll never clear properly with that amount of indentation on the centre.

Those nuts will come off but you need a close fitting socket or box spanner as the nuts are quite shallow. The staking is to stop them coming undone but I use loctite when reassembling.
