I don't think there is one,…

a good kicking
The kickstart lever I want is standard length, folding, but one which tucks in closer to the bike than standard. The one I have is non-folding, angles outwards at a shallow angle until it is more than 2" out from the spindle. What I want is a lever which angles outwards fast, to clear the exhaust pipe, but no more than is absolutely necessary.
My lever has annoyed me from the day I bought the bike. Because it angles outwards at a shallow angle, it hit the exhaust pipe, and then goes way wide. That affects balance when you kick the bike. Take a look at a 500T if you get a chance - the lever is totally straight. Being narrow helps in lots of ways, as long as it clears the pipe.
To stop my kickstart hitting the exhaust pipe, I moved the silencer mount behind the frame lug instead of being outboard of it. Problem solved, but the bike looks very asymetrical as a result. The kickstart lever is still rubbish. Oh, and the factory records tell me that my bike should have a folding lever.

Off road machines
Usually have a knuckle at the lower end of the starter as the exhausts tended to stick out a way. I will take a picture of mine when I get home tonight. It puts a fair bit of load on your jack shaft, make sure your cover is well secure.

k/s levers on offer at RGM
Here's the page on RGM's website giving the specs on kickstart levers offered by them:
https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/rgmnorton/fs/pdf/kickstartdimensionspdf.pdf
The first one, A2/360 would be about the right offset, but I want it all at the bottom by the k/s shaft, and a folding foot-piece.

I don't think there is one, but it may be possible to get one cut and an extra piece welded in. I did something similar with a gearchange lever. This will put the pedal part higher up and be harder to get your foot on it. You could change the KS to engine gearing by putting the biggest possible engine sprocket on that will fit in the alternator basket and compensate the overall gearing with a smaller box sprocket . I have not tried this !!. Other things, fit a comp plate under the barrels .Fit a single carb and get the mixture set up for best starting.
