Hi, just asking for info.
Just recently bought a mk3 import with siezed pistons and chewed up exhaust Rockers, have now freed the pistons but when changing the exhaust Rockers I noticed that there are no oil drillings to the exhaust Rockers, has this been missed out at the factory.
Regards Graham
Can we see some more pix,…
Can we see some more pix, including ones showing surrounding parts? Quite hard to tell what we're looking at — but that drill bit looks nasty; what on earth has been going on?

Now sorted
Pulled all 4 rocker spindles & appears it came from the factory with no oil ways to the exhaust spindles apart from the one with a broken drill bit.
With the use of an extra long 3mm drill bit & a bit of careful drilling, it now has the missing oil holes, tested on the bench and oil now flows to all 4 spindles.

There were a lot of MK3's…
There were a lot of MK3's made under the receiver in 76 and 77 from part laying around, a rejected head was used in your bikes case without being fixed.

On further inspection, there is no oil hole to left exhaust rocker spindle, but the right one has a short hole with a drill shaft snapped in it.
