early navigator sprocket nut

hi , I'm having trouble getting a early type sprocket nut 041271  for my  navigator , they are not listed in noc  so ordered one from rgm but its the right part number but it's too large so must be for the later type . does anybody know the size or if a nut from another machine will fit .

hello the  alternator rotor bolt for the crankshaft end is a half-inch  BSF  Thread  but some had a stud with nyloc nut  So it one or the other  but you can get treaded bar and nyloc nuts with imperial threads from- eBay  Now stay safe and have fun Yours  Anna j 

hi Andy , that' great i will check them out  , i tried phoning russells but there's no reply  so i presume there close at the moment , i will let you know how i get on
