Jubilee pistons
Thanks for all of your help will give Norvil a ring.. Also the relining is a option if no other type of piston could not be used, it seems a shame to reline with all that meat left in the cylinders, but if that's the only option,I will go down that route.
I once had a bsa 250 bored out from +60 to take a Triumph piston, and heard of someone using a old car piston when a original one was obsolete. Just a thought.

Re-line barrels and use standard pistons?
I looked for several months for oversize pistons for my Jubilee without success. NOC shop sold standard pistons at that time, about a year ago, so I bought them and barrel liners and had the barrels re-sleeved and honed. I used a good engineers in Cambridge, Meridian Engine Services to do this. I got my barrel liners from NOC but Meridian said they could supply liners.

Funnily enough I could only get 1 +60 piston back in the 70s I wanted to rebore the engine after a +40 piston cracked. I ended up with one at 40 and one at 60. I still have the cracked piston!

Jubilee pistons
Dan.
I thought of running the +40 with a +20 if I get desperate enough. when I bought the bike it only had the one +40. I did not realise the pistons in this size especially are so hard to find.
Cheers Nick. Tried Norvil. They have +10 and +20s only in stock.

Thanks Kevin, disappointing,…
Thanks Kevin, disappointing, and as Dan has found JEP don't seem to list Jubilee pistons anymore. My only other suggestion is to try Thomas Hamlin Engineering in Bridgwater, Somerset - 01278 422452. They are a fantastic classic and vintage engine specialists who might just be able to source a set. Good luck!

Agreed Hamlins are very good, the other option is to research what (Triumph?) pistons could be machined to fit ?
The other option is to phone Bantam john, I think he had a good selection of various pistons?

Jubilee pistons
Thanks To Dan Mike,& Nick for all your suggestions and help. will try Hamlins.
The part no is..AE 15304 underneath this number is 474. that would be great if
some could be found. I get the impression most over sizes where +10. +20 as listed
in my parts list from 1959.
Good idea about Bantam john as well, find him a bit odd ,but he could be my best bet.

Jubilee standard pistons
Kevin,
I don't know how you got on finding pistons for your Jubilee but I just came across a supplier who has them in stock based on the Isle of Man.

I searched for ages to find oversize pistons and ended up getting the barrels re-lined so that I could fit standard pistons. They were the last ones in the NOC shop so it is good to know that there is another supplier out there.
