I know this should probably have gone in news & views but things tend to go un-noticed there since you have to log in to access it so I thought the riders section was the next best place
You may or may not know that Mallory Park Circuit is having problems with local residents objecting to noise and that the company that runs it say they cannot continue in business if they are limited to the number of uses a year that the County Council intends to impose on them. If they cannot use Mallory Park as a race circuit then sale for housing is the likely outcome.
Although not my favorite circuit, I have enjoyed racing at Mallory a few times & think it would be a shame to lose this facility.The petition is a long way off the 100K signatures needs to get the Government to take notice, so, if you feel you'd like to help, please add yours now! No real problem, it's just I get the impression quite a lot of folkjust have a quick look on here, only logging in if they want to post, thus not always seeing anything new in news & views. It used to be one of the most used sections but now receivesmuch lessattention & with the exception of it &the odd bit of tech help, I seem to be able to access all other areas of thesite without logging in ?
Personally, I'd rather the whole forum & all classifieds were only available to logged in members but that's probably a discussion for another day & another place

What is so much of a problem about logging in? Any Member visiting the site and failing to log in does themselves an injustice.
