Hi all.
re previous messages about replacement delux seats (pre 1963)
with great help from Andy at NOC and using what was left of my seat base we have persuaded Lieghtons to make me a replacement this is the one without the rear duz fastener into the rear enclosure, it relies on the two clips onto the rear suspension bolt extensions
if anyone else is in need of a fully completed seat contact Kieth at Lieghtons

Hello there,
NOC Spares were supposedly taking this matter up many months ago but I gave up waiting for a reply from them and made my own. I used the seat from my 1961 Navigator De Luxe as a guide for base measurements but made the different seat brackets with the Terry clips to fit the suspension top mountings. It was easier than I first thought and a local (well a Polish man) upholsterer made the leather seat cover and foam. Total cost was 60 GBP. and it fits lovely.
From memory Leighton's quoted me around £100 to get a base made - hence I made my own. Did Andy and you get a better deal?
