must be getting to the end, but always another thing to tidy up. Anybody know if the Navi rear hub was painted all silver, including the aluminium cotton reel. Or could it have been dove grey on the spoke flanges and kept as natural aluminium on the reel. comes up a treat when clean. Pity to cover it.

My best bet is polished alloy for the hub centre and silver sides. The polished alloy comes up really good but it is hard work keeping it that way which is why lots of people have the hub powdercoated in silver.

thinking on, I suspect the hubs were made as batches, all the same colour. Colour introduced through the brake plate etc. Makes sense for the hub to be silver. I will go with that. Eventually I expect it dull down and match the front.
