I am trying to source a new primary chain case aluminium screw in oil filler plug for my navigator which has got the usual damage to the tightening slot. No joy in the NOC shop, Norvil catalogue or ebay - does anyone know of a supplier?

I seem to remember Uli saying that the screw-in cap from a Commando primary fits but maybe I am mistaken. And you can get new ones of these (at a price). He has both a Commando and a Navigator so maybe he will confirm. I stick with the old ones.

the smaller screw-in cap from a Commando also fits the Navigator primary case.
Look for Number 06.0659 inspection cover small, should be available from the usual
suspects.

Thanks chaps, I would stick to the old one but it looks like someone has used a cold chisel and club hammer on it and my skill with aluminium welding is non existent!

â?â?..now all I have to do is strip the primary and secondary side down again to replace the points oil seal that has decided to start leaking out of the blue!!! I sometimes wonder.â?â?..!!!
