Well ok itâs on the turn really 
but I thought I would say hello. After 44 years of riding I have finally got a commando a 69 Mk1 (Import from America needs registering) looks to be in original ish! used condition so I'm sure I will be asking lots of silly questions. Not looking to make it a show bike but good enough to be proud of + an excellent road bike, just trawling the web for info and getting excited, hope to pick it up next week.
I'm based near Aberystwyth Mid Wales with some great roads if not weather

A warm welcome to the club! I hope the bike's in as good a condition as you hope. Certainly this is the place to get advice from other members but we also have an excellent Service directory (See 'Services' on the left hand Menu) and much accumulated wisdom in our Technical advice pages. We don't regrettably have a Mid-Wales branch at present but hope to see you and your 69 Commando at some club events throughout the year. Check back on this site for details!
