electra / chaincase / fill plug screw /

Hello i was changing the oil in the primary chaincase cover and 

by mistake, threw out the upper plug screw thats used to fill the

case with oil . would anyone know where i could get a spare , I

checked the noc shop and nothing available. thanks guys .

Do you have the part number for the "upper plug screw"?

I will check my local sources for you if you provide me with the part number.

mike i cant find a part number , i took a chance and baught one

on ebay for a triumph, they sent me one one that is about 3/4 inch

at the thread diameter , electra plug measures at an inch so im

still searching - thanks

Hi Todd, I found the smaller of the two Commando chain case filler screw cap is identical to the Navigator’s filler screw cap.   I got mine from Norvil at very reasonable cost and it looks perfect.   I used the rubber oil ring that the NOS lists but make sure you give the rubber ring a light wipe over with oil or copper grease otherwise it can be a pig to unscrew!   Sorry, I can’t remember the part numbers and I’m not certain the Electra is identical.
