Whats the inner and outer cable size. I need a cable with 1/4" barrel to suit the throttle.

No you are correct - sorry.

I hope it is not too late but you are correct the throttle barrel is 1/8" on that cable -sorry. I bought the throttle grip from NOC as well and it matched the cable.
Were the original throttles made for a larger barrel?

John, I bought this one from NOC and it fits my '64 Jubilee:
SS18 C1_P17/262
Listed under 'Lightweight/Cables' in the NOC shop.
It has a standard 1/4" barrel for the throttle end.
