I hope the forum will forgive me for yet another post ( and this may be a daft question) but does anyone know if you can successfully use Mk3 exhaust pipes on a Mk2a Commando? The exhaust flanges look to be quite a different design…

... are to match the special spherical seats. They allow plenty of adjustment to get the pipes where you want them without straining the fixings.
