Way back, I went down to Eltham and purchased, among other goodies, a full Dunstall exhaust system for my 88. Now in my dotage, I'd love to fit this to the 64 Atlas that I will be re-assembling at some point, hopefully not too far in the future.
Obviously the Atlas head has the wider SS-type splayed exhaust ports, and so the 88/99- bends will not fit.
Can anybody suggest/recommend a suitable company that could rework my pipes (London/SE if poss). I can leave the head as a jig/pattern if necessary.
Not too bothered if this will affect the chrome, as I intend having the Decibels re-chromed- suggestions also welcomed!.I've bathed them in petrol to remove any crud and exhaust carbon residue.
PS its the balanced type exhaust, so not a lot of clear space around the inlets, also the rings are retained by the balance spigot. See pic
I don't think...

Thanks for your comments Al…
Thanks for your comments Al. Its perhaps not very clear in my pic due to the angle, but the Dunstall pipes are actually small-bore. All part of the wizardry! If you look again at the end of the pipe, theres a clear step back up in size to meet the standard Norton silencer bore.

Al's on the case...
Love the part about the Atlas having 18 rear wheels - that really is a lot of torque! And a fundamentally too-wide swing-arm...

I don't think this is easy-possible. The balance pipe is very near to the flange. Also an academic point the Atlas pipe was smaller diameter than the 88-99. The large pipes on the later engines knocks a few HP off. They did fit larger pipes to the Atlas for the American market, the Americans being more concerned with the 'grunty' look than the real grunt! Might have been why we had 18 rear wheels on the Atlas too?
