Hello folks
I’m appealing for some help to track down the following machines which carry a lot of family history and nostalgia:
ES2 reg. no. PSU 970, 1959 wideline. Built from parts in the early 90’s by my late father and I.
International reg. no. GYJ 191, 500cc wideline, from memory 1958. Belonged to my Fathers cousin from nearly new until mid 1980’s, then Mr. Frater in Darvel, Ayrshire but have now lost track of whereabouts.
There’s every reason to believe they are both out there. I found an online ad for the sale of my old ES2 from around 5 yrs ago, as for the Inter well I’m sure a special machine like that will be in safe hands somewhere.
Discretion guaranteed, and no pressure. I’m simply hoping to make contact with current owners to confirm they are indeed still on the go and with the hope there may be a chance to purchase should they become available in the future. I also have pics and some historical anecdotes/info for both which I would be happy to share with current owners.
I’ve posted this on the singles forum as well.
All assistance will be very welcome, I can be contacted on tdblindsay@gmail.com
Many thanks
Bruce Lindsay, Montrose, Scotland.

PSU970 has disappeared from the DVLA website so has been dropped off the database for some reason, most likely a DVLA data purge for registrations with no activity if its was for sale in 2018.
GYJ 191 tax was due for renewal in 1985 and its last V5C was issued in 2008 so the owner either moved or sold the bike in 2008. Either way its been untaxed since 1985.
