Hi
I have removed the primary outer case on my '57 Dominator, which is pre alternator.
I want to continue to remove the inner case to allow me to fettle the fit with the outer and notice there's a tab washer on the front sprocket where the alternator would be.
Does anyone know where to get a new tab washer and is there anything else I should be aware of or should do when I remove the inner case.
Or should I stop where I am
This is all new to me so any hints/tips are needed please.

Thanks
Thanks Peter, I've searched everywhere and found no reference so it makes sense. I've decided not to remove inner case now as the clutch parts seem good, I took the plates out to clean and checked the rollers and rubbers which seem fairly new.
Now is a clean of the plates, try and source a decent primary chain and back together.
Thanks again

Good call
Thanks Peter, I didn't give it a thought, I see they show it as 80 links, I need to check tomorrow but I have a feeling is 76 but I may be getting mixed up because of the 2 split links fitted.
If good, I'll order this and a rear with a few other bits and bobs I saw
Thanks

No tab washer on mine, if it is for nut security it would need a D shaped hole and a flat on the crank journal I believe unless it engages in the sprocket keyway. I can’t see one listed, might have been homemade
