This seller has appeared a few items with good quality Lightweight items and he does seem to know what he is talking about. Years ago there was a group from this area (Wiltshire ? ) who were very much into lightweight Nortons. They were NOC members and I think I remember they called themselves the Malmesbury Mafia. I bet Andy S would remember them-this was pre-internet days.
