The top yoke should have two 1/4" unf bolt holes underneath just inboard of the stanchion holes. They are also the type for use with adjustable bearings so the stem is attached to the bottom yoke. 

The first commando/fastback yokes have the same appearance as slimline, but all threads were changed to UNS or unf.

These same style were enhanced to include the described halo mounts for "S" and roadster......as mentioned by PN

Folks have declared the MK2 fastback retained the first version. ???
